Clark Place Condos is a Bare Land Condo Site for 56 Townhouse Condo Units fully serviced and paved.

We currently have 12 two storey condos built (Units 1-6) and (Units 19-24). Since Kindersley has a very strong and robust rental market, we have rented these units to tenants on a 12 month lease basis.

The Bare Land Site has extra Visitor Parking and is located beside a large central park. Condo Fees are currently $125.00/month which includes insurance, lot maintenance (grass and snow) and garbage removal.
